SBT product formulations and use
are covered under one or more patents in the U.S. and
other countries. We sell on a commercial basis to OEM
and contract service providers who have licensed our
technology, and offer research kits, services, and developmental
licenses to companies creating applications using our
materials.
Our materials are modifications of conventional solder
formulations that wet and bond without the use of flux.
All formulations are lead and cadmium free and conform
to the requirements of all lead free solder initiatives
(RoHS, etc.). Formulations are available in ingot, wire,
foil, pellet, and custom preforms. Please contact our
Customer Service department for lead times for specific
forms of a product as well as current pricing.

the use of our solder materials in your application.
Each kit provides material (your choice of our solders),
a manual outlining how best to apply and activate
the material, plus tools for manipulation of the solder.
More advanced kits offer additional tools for conducting
joining tests, such as hot plates, masking solution,
and free telephone/email application engineering assistance.
Please contact our Customer
Service group for information on pricing and delivery.
Basic Kits provide an introduction to the technology
for customers familiar with solder joining.
Introductory Kits provide additional material
and common tools for applying the materials.
Standard Kits are for the experienced customer
seeking to develop a specific application.
Deluxe Kits give you all the tools needed to
do S-Bond® joining right from the box.
